With Bryce, Nate Brown and other upcoming players, Gallatin will do great things. However, I think next year may be their year. They just lost too much from last years team and this year may need to be a rebuilding year.

Gallatin has a great program, athletes, coaches and parents. Cant wait to see you guys play again!

The Gallatin kids have nothing to hang their heads about. They left everything on the field. Turnovers and penalties killed them. I believe they will learn from this and improve next week at Owen.

 

Congrats to Carroll. They were the better team tonight.

 

As for the sign on the field, that may have been a motivational tool from their own coaches. I've heard of coaches doing things like that to get their team fired up to play.

The only motivational tool that Carrolls kids needed in this border rivarly is the thought of that yellow bus from Warsaw coming down the road to their house ....Likewise for the Wildcats.....Carroll vs Gallatin.....Enough said.

Carroll had about 400 yards of offense to Gallatin's 300. Gallatin did run way too many offensive plays (63). Carroll defensive coaches will have to work on this.

Gallatin played bad! I guess you can't beat them every year.

 

Or maybe Carroll County played good! Carroll was able to run the ball where ever they wanted. Wise for the Panthers had one heck of a game and the line stepped up and blocked tremendously. I think the better team came out on top in this game.

Gallatin played bad! I guess you can't beat them every year.

 

Gallatin played as good as they could've. Carroll was and is the better team. Hands down!

Gallatin just shot themselves in the foot. The QB for Gallatin had a for sure TD on a run play, and dropped the ball on the 2 yd line with no one in front of him, Carroll recovered it. They had too many penaltys on Offense. Gallatins QB threw the ball right on the money all night even with 4 defenders after him. Carroll Co's RB's were just way to fast for Gallatins DB's.

This was the only turnover of the game other than the safety. I believe Carroll's constantly shifting defensive front confused the Gallatin offensive line and was the cause for several of the false-start penalties.
