I remember the opening day last year... Almost every game in the commonwealth was delayed because of extreme heat.

Mason Co vs Paris was on a 1h 20 min delay.

Franklin Co. and Waggner started after a 30 minute delay.

Gallatin/Carroll started at 10:15.

Carroll Gallatin game concluded at 12:20 a.m.Great for all the folks on the west coast who were tuned in.

Pioneer Bowl at Lynn Camp could not have asked for better weather. Not a cloud near here. Both games went off like clockwork. Got nervous when I heard about the bad weather north of here. The LC/Leslie game finished after 1 am.

Walton/Scott had an hour + delay for lightning. Nothing like getting the pre-game in and sending it back to the studios for an hour of music before the game starts.
