The best is "Learning Spanish Like Crazy, Spoken Spanish". I keep the CD's going in the car, so "yo estudio y pratico todos los dias" as I drive to and from work. I do the subliminal thing when I'm working, and Rosetta Stone, when I can sit and do the exercises. So far, I seem to be doing well for it just being a month in. That's according to the Hispanic Americans I employ and work with. It's handy having them around to practice on.
