So what's the standard procedure in this league, does everyone draft a backup K/DST in the last two rounds or take who you want and pick the rest up on the waiver wire?

To each his own really....I don't see the point in taking a backup K, as they just unnecessarily take up a roster spot.

How many spots are we allowed on the roster? I just figured everyone would want a backup for the bye week/injuries.

A total of 16 players.

 

The thing with a backup kicker and even D/ST in some cases is, usually when your primary K has their bye week, you can dump one of your 4-5 WRs or RBs and pick up an adequate replacement, and then dump them the next week. That's the way I see it anyways.
