I expect Redman to be the starter for the beginning of the season considering he performed the best out of everyone last year but I'm sure all 4 of these guys will get their shot at some point. With that said I don't ever see it being Harrington, who knows what Ryan will do and we've been hearing good things about Shockley but there's no telling how healthy he will be this season. What say you?

I say Shockley or as I used to call him when I played with UGA on NCAA football ,good ole Quick Legs :D

I can't make up my mind so I'll just throw in my homer vote and say Redman never loses his job...

Matt Ryan. You don't spend that kind of money to have a guy sit on the sidelines.

It doesn't matter who starts the season...Ryan will be the guy by mid-season at the lastest.

Any surprise that the 2 votes for Redman just happen to be from Louisville guys?

I understand that logic but that doesn't necessarily mean he won't suck when they put him on the field.

I don't think I'm being a homer by saying it's Redman's job at least 8 out of 16 games this season (and I'd be shocked if it wasn't more.) No one wants to be the next team to turn their quarterback of the future into Tim Couch.

Matt Ryan will probably be the starter by mid season.

I'd say a maximum of 8 games...

The Falcons bye comes in Week 7. I'll be surprised if Ryan isn't the starting quarterback in Week 8, October 26 in Philly. Unless Redman has a great season, but nothing in his career to this point would lead me to believe he's suddenly going to have a career year on one of the worst teams in the league.

Chris Redman will be the starter. I think he deserves it. I'll add that I am not a Louisville fan. Ryan may be the starter next year though.JMO.

What is Atlanta's O-Line look like?

I voted for Bringing someone else in, only because I can see someone getting hurt. If someone doesn't get hurt, it will likely be a season of growing pains.

Pretty bad.

Pretty bad.

That's what I thought, so I can't imagine it's going to matter who emerges or who starts, it's who survives.
