 Look for me tomorrow, I'll be in the leftfield Bleachers sporting my retro Hawk Jersey, the old blue pull over one:thumb:

Have a big sign that says "Hi TTL!"

HC, I said the same thing to my son. I knew we would win when Howry didn't give it up!

That is my ringtone! I get a lot of attention in public when someone calls me. People are always "what the heck is that?"

:thumb:Me too!

Look at this Cards' fan sign! I thought St. Louis fans were the most respectful and knowledgeable of the game?

BTW, is he wearing a "Bartman" jersey?

Here's another question--why on earth did LaRussa walk Fukudome? He did realize that there were no outs, right? Was he willing to trade a DP for a run scored? That made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

That is a Bartman jersey and I hope someone can make a sign tomorrow showing the Cards now 7 out.

Something else I forgot at first is that the Cubs join the Angels as the only teams in baseball with 70 wins. :thumb:

Nevermind, I guess he was going for the force at home and the infield in. That makes sense. I love talking to myself on the computer!

Over on the Track the Cubs thread on another site during the game, they were baffled that they sent the guy home on that fly ball to Soriano that ended the inning. Larusa made a few odd moves today, not that I care. I enjoy watching him lose.

Well I am of course...

Well then, I assume that you realize the Cards were not the WS champs in 2007!

I think it was more his location then anything else.

Just one of those days, a tad frustrating, but what can you do.

We're blaming this one on Rocket
