You can have 2 starting QB's on your roster. You can have more the 2 QB's, but only 2 starters.

 

John Kitna and Alex smith would be the only 2 starters. Kurt Warner is listed as the back up on the depth chart.

Hey guys, I know we don't want to waste any time, but we need Godot to review this QB situation before we go any further.

 

I can't check things from work, so I really didn't have a good picture of what was going on. After looking at the rosters, I think the rook can draft Alex Smith.

 

The only rule I could find is...each team will have a roster limit of two "starting" quarterbacks

 

It doesn't say anything about only being able to draft more than 2 QB's. Since technically Warner is a backup, I think his "Shenanigans" call is going to fly.

The rule has been since I've been in the league that you can only have two quarterbacks on your roster.
