Pulley will stay at QB and will see plenty of PT if not starting. UK is very lucky to have 2 good options at the position and 2 very different types.

I say if Hartline is the QB we should use Pulley at backup QB and to block kicks.

I'd say we are choosing between the lesser of the 2 evils.

In my opinion, if Pulley loses the starting QB job, he won't be wearing the blue and white this year. He will quit.

I would agree there, I would look for him to transfer out if he doesn't win the job. I want Pulley to win reguardless. In college football, an athletic QB is a pretty good equalizer against supperior talent. Especially since we are very RB heavy, and the WR core is inexperienced at best. Hartline would have been fine with last years talent catching the ball, but if no one steps up big, Pulley will be needed to keep UK competetive. I don't think Hartline is bad, I just don't think putting him on the field to start the year would be productive for him or the teams success. If Pulley can't be the leader we need, look for a 3 or 4 win season instead of 7 or 8 wins.
