They have several flavors- I like the Strawberry Kiwi. It will remind you of a smooth icee. Its almost a guarantee for a brain freeze!!! July 3, 200818 yr Author Finished up my first full week of rehab and I love it. It's not easy but I don't suppose you want it to be. I've worked on numerous machines and I am really enjoying myself. The women who run this place are great and have been very kind to me. I went in this morning and they upped my time on the machines and the range went from easy to I suppose semi-easy:D I think this is a wonderful service that is offered for cardiac patients and I am so blessed that my insurance will pay 100%.
