May 11, 200818 yr A year! I was 13 in 8th grade. Dude will be 19 or 20 when he graduates. I've knwon several athletes that were almost 20 as a senior, I was 19 years and 6 months myself. Nothing strange with that IMO.

May 12, 200818 yr A year! I was 13 in 8th grade. Dude will be 19 or 20 when he graduates. I was 13 when I was in 8th grade, but my little brother is 15 and is in the 8th grade. The difference is that he held back for sports and I didn't. Avery being 15 in the 8th grade is nothing uncommon, and I think is a plus for kids. An extra year of school can't hurt.
