Madden Curse to End? Favre to be on cover...

Featured Replies

He also got hurt a lot.

And there are only a couple "great" QB's in the NFL.

Ok, he's not a good QB...

He's close to awful, IMO...

His play did some but he played bad the year before.

This year he threw 3 less TD and 4 more INT, but his completion percentage went up 10 percent.

I think the curse died...

I forgot the best part. His team won 2 more games this year.

The curse is dead...

Does this suprised anyone really, It was just a matter of time before Madden put his baby i mean Brett on the cover.

Awesome!! I have been a Favre fan since 95. I watched a one hour bit on Brett Favre/Madden 09 on ESPN. Sterling Sharpe was the host. A good interview with former coaches and players appearing.

Young played hurt most of the 2nd half of the year.

Who doesn't play hurt the 2nd half of the year.

Congrats to Farve.

.

Most players but it affected his play.

Wasn't Barry Sanders on the cover, then unexpectedly retires before the season starts?

The curse brought Brett back and has destroyed his relationship with the Packers organization. He will have a horrible season where ever he goes.

^ Some could say it was curse enough that he will no longer be a Packer...Interesting and the curse lives on!
