Who you got going down to applebees and who is winning it all?

From the 15th region it will come down between Pikeville and Paintsville. Sheldon Clark in the last few years has lost a lot and hasn't been able to replace those quality of players.

 

Paintsville is probably the best bet in the 15th with Tucker Howard running the program.

 

Pikeville is playing better this week with wins over Betsy Layne, Morgan and Leslie. They are young and talented, but pitching maybe the problem for the Panthers. This program has a lot of experience though at Applebee's during the All A Classic.

 

Betsy Layne and Phelps seemed to be non players when it comes to a tournament. Both teams normally have 1 quality pitcher, but you need more than 1 to win a tournament.

 

Just my thoughts.

The top 3 have to be Owensboro Cath .(Defending Champs ), Beechwood ( Last years runner-up ) ,and Lex Cath . The problem is O-Cath and Beechwood could met in the second round at Applebees .That is if each make it that far .Lex Cath seems to have a god run to the title game being in the bottom bracket .Not to take anything away from the other schools ,I just do not know them .

Lex Cath isn't "A", do you mean Lex Christian?

Does anybody have a link to where i could see the bracket for the 9th region All A or a state bracket.

Thanks Coachg, I like the draw for the 9th region for the first round game. The 10th is very weak this year and the winner of the 9th will most likely face Bishop Brossart who isnt very good this year.

Heath is the Region 1 favorite.

 

UHA is the Region 2 favorite

 

OCath is the Region 3 favorite

 

Glasgow and Cumberland County are the Region 4 favorites

It's tough to go agaisnt OCath. How many players did they lose?
