I got a strong feeling that people will be surprised at the Rose Hill girls this year. People are selling them a little short I believe.

I would have to know RH's schedule next year before I could make any prediction of wins and losses. A tough schedule (or lack of it) can give or take away wins. Besides district opponents, has RH's schedule been finalized? If it has, can anyone tell me what it is?

They have pretty close to the same schedule as last year. Just a few changes.

The only way they win a game next season is to play the David School.

 

 

I think they are and they have the Rose Hill Boys 5th Grade team scheduled twice, so 3 wins is in reason.

 

Seriously, I look for the Friley girl to have a big season. Rose Hill has a new coach and will work with the girls and get the most out of them. I have heard that the Friley girl didn't get much looks last year. I am sure with the new coach that the ball will be evenly distributed this upcoming year.

I think the Friley girl had the same chance to score as any other girl on the team, players have to put the ball in the basket when given the chance.

 

When players stand around and do not want the ball then others will shoot.

I am not pointing out the Friley girl either I am just saying you have to move and want the ball.

 

I hope Mark does well with the team, I will always care for the girls on the team.

I think that Mark will somethings with this team that was not done with them last season from what I hear that is work with the girls as a team not just certain players and develop them and their skills.

If the talent is not there you can't develop it.

These girls were worked with as a team ,the problem is some of these girls just dont like basketball and when you dont like something your not going to work hard at it. All of these girls were told they could shoot or drive to the basket if open and nothing will ever be said to them. You had two girls on this team that worked very hard just about every day even staying after practice to work on their shots and thats why in most games they were the leading scoreres and rebounders. I know where you are going with some of your cheap shots and I think its pretty sad that some of you actually believe that we only cared about one or two girls.

The Rose Hill girls will be fine. People made the mistake of shoveling dirt on Rose Hill's boys program 5 years ago and things turned out ok. I have confidence in Mark Watkins and his girls.

The current girls have at least one girls who is talented enough to be courted by one of Rose Hill's neighbors.
