March 18, 200818 yr Speaking of waste...why the waste of money to send me a notice to tell me that another notice will be coming later about my stimulus check? :confused: I believe I read that it cost the IRS $45,000,000 to send all the letters out to tell people they were getting money. My question is wouldn't you know you were getting money when you got your freakin check.

Then, I got my notice, and it said they'd be sending out another letter to let us know more later. Crazy...I wonder how much that's going to cost? Or is that included int he est. $45,000,000 already? Either way...I could have used an extra .50 on my check and just waited till it got here...whenever it did!

Just think what it would be like if they did nationalize health care, the additional waste of money would be frightful?

I thought when I received my notice telling me that I was going to get another notice - what a big waste of money. Then to top it all off they had my name wrong, so I guess MrRk and I will be getting one telling us the very same thing.
