Games for today ( Saturday) has been canceled. Won't know when they will be rescheduled, till we see how the girls tourney games will be played. Boys are working around girls schedule.

This could very well happen. Knowles and company took care of business in 07 and are the reigning 10th region champs. We are in a rebuilding year this year. Won't be disappointed or hurt if my Cards lose this game. Just hate to say good-by to our seniors.

Having 4 of your players that get the majority of the minutes being 3 freshman and a sophomore IS rebuilding. :thumb: It just so happens that they have been pretty darn good this year.

Your in the semifinals of the Regional Tournament, now is not the time to talk about rebuilidng, that sort of thing is touched on in the preseason. Your playing in the semifinals because you have a good team, good enough to survive and advance. The word rebuilding could be mistaken as a crutch this time of the year, not trying to be negative, but rebuilding is something that is talked about in the preseason.

We will just have to disagree on this one. We lost 5 players to graduation last year. We lost our top defensive player in Robell Rogers and top scorer in Preston Knowles that is playing D-1 for the University of Louisville. We have two starter returning from last years 10th region champ team, Robby Stenzel a Freshman and Robert Hatton a Junior. We start two Freshman and the 6th man off the bench is a Freshman. We have a total of 5 Freshman on the varsity. We also have Arron Dini that has not played since his Freshman year....all state in soccer. Also we have Ryan Williiams starting, this is his first year of playing organized basketball...got him off the football team. Are we in a rebuilding year...you bet we are. This is not a crutch but fact. Have they done well this year....yes they have and exceeded my expectations. The Cards have been inconsistent this year and this goes with youth and inexperience. If we play like we did against Montgomery Co in the district finals it will be a good game. If we play like we did against Bourbon in the district .....it could get ugly. In either case you will find me in the stands.....supporting my Cards.

Doubtful. With the games not being played on the weekend I don't think their will be any of the games where people are turned away. IMO, The tournament being moved will not get a true evaluation this season because of all the delayed games and having to reschedule. So now no one can prove or disprove if Montgomery could handle the tournament.
