By the way, I'll have to say Joe D. as well, although Bench and Brooks Robinson are some of my favorites. There will never be a better catcher than John Bench or a better 3rd baseman than Brooks Robinson. Both defined their position imo.

Hey Average Joe, Saw you voted for Hornung. I knew there was no way you could vote for a Yankee or Red in anything. I know you took a blood oath :madman: to hate all things Yankee, but what did Bench do to you? Your not old enough to be traumatized by the '75 Series. :lol:

DiMaggio gets my vote with Johnny B. a close second.

As far as just having unreal athletic ability and dominating the game at the time he was playing there, I would have to say Reggie Bush while he was at USC.

Why shouldn't he if he keeps doing what he is doing he is up there with the best of them when he is healthy he as good or better than a-rod and will be known more than Bench and those guys.
