This game will be played on Monday Feb. 25 at 8:00 @Powell Co. Owsley pulled the upset against Lee last season. Can they do it again? Any thoughts?

Estill County didn't have much trouble with Owsley County in both their games this year, winning by over 20 both times. Owsley has to stop Estill's perimeter game, that's where they killed them in the season. I think Owsley is a little stronger inside the paint, but they can't allow Estill to knock down threes like raindrops in a barrell...swapping 2's for 3's = deficit.:eek: Owsley also has to cut down on their turnovers, especially unforced turnovers!!!:irked: Those have killed them all year as well.

I'm not going to pick a winner, but I hope Owsley can pull out the victory here. It's been a rough year, but a trip to the region would be nice. And a district championship would be even nicer. Anything can happen when it's tourney time.:thumb:

Owsley County has been playing well at the end of the season, but Estill County is a much bettter team. Estill County by 12.

Owsley was able to pull the upset against the 1 seed last season against Lee. But, I don't think Estill will let that happen this season. Estill by 16.

Estill by double digits. HOWEVER, it is March and the Owls have a history for upsets. Heart says Owls, head says Engineers.
