Sheldon Williams? Sheldon has shown little to nothing for this team and I don't see his ceiling as being that high. I am a huge Hawks fan that watches way to many of their games on League Pass and I am happy w/ this deal even if it is a rental. Good for Atlanta actually making a move. They lose Anthony Johnson who would have been buried behind Bibby anyway because they also have to play Acie Law, also Tyrone Lue and Lorenzen Wright which equates to basically nothing lost. I guess I said all that to make the point that I don't think they gave anything away so I disagree with your statement of a high price. I would imagine they will be making a trip to the playoffs for the first time in a long time!

BUT if you have taken the time to watch Atlanta night in and night out, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. :thumb: In the NBA, the number of players in return for a "big time" player is simply a function of math - they usually want to swap even salaries. Sometimes, guys get traded and the team receiving the numerous players doesn't even activate them all. Some just have to be in the deal to make it work.
