February 17, 200818 yr Author Sacramento has done well this season without him. They are going to begin rebuilding soon (they are doing some of it now, but this trade proves it) Udrich was a very good replacement for Bibby and his contract. This trade also gave them Lue, who has been known for his defense in the past. Williams has been a bust so far, but maybe a change of scenery will help him. Heaven knows, it has helped others in the past. Also, the Kings pick up Lorenzen Wright who is a good interior defensive player. The Kings have needed this for years. What this trade also does is give them LOTS of room to sign free-agents. I think all 4 players contracts COMBINED were less than Brad Miller and Mike Bibby's contracts COMBINED! :eek: (I could be wrong though) Look for Sacramento to make a HUGE offseason pick-up, you know the brothers are not afraid to make a splash because they don't care to get wet. Wright's interior play? Lue's defense? Have you watched either of these guys in the last couple of years? Could the Kings be better w/ an addition by subtraction by losing Bibby, maybe. Can Lue and Wright help........I'm doubtful.
