Nothing against the Raiders but I am surprised that they won this one at Westwood. Coach Cooksey gets his players pumped up at home. Good win for East Carter.

East is definetly not #2 in the region. Just lost by almost 20 to Raceland. But they're a good solid team with a nice win tonight. Congrats East on a 20 victory season.

And then came back strong to beat a pretty good Fairview team in Westwood.

It looked like the Raceland game was a wake up call for East Carter. They came out tonight and really looked like a different team. They stepped it up big time on the defensive end. If they would have been making shots this one could have got ugly.

^ I realy don't consider East a cinderella pick, imo they are one of the three or four favorites in this thing. If that is a darkhorse then o.k. jmo that if any one of around four teams would win the 16th it wouldn't suprise me.
