February 16, 200818 yr What's interesting is, if Carson Palmer had made a similar statement before last year or even this year, the same people crucifying Dempster would be supportive of Palmer's comments. What do you expect Dempster to say? "We should be a decent .500 team this year." I have no problem with his comments. I don't put a lot of stock in them but it doesn't concern me. I'd much rather him say the Cubs will win the World Series as opposed to "We will be sniffing last place with the team we have." There is nothing to see here. Please disperse....
