kyraiders Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 McCreary just came off a road loss at Green County, but return home to play Cumberland on Friday. Cumberland is considered to be one of the top teams in the 13th region. Any thoughts?
WILDMAN Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Is McCreary Central any count? I honestly don't know much about them and didn't figure them to be much but like I said, i'm unfamiliar with them.
SouthernSportsFan Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 They beat the Whitley Colonels by 47... Based on LIT and Cantrall ratings, they're about even. Lit: McCreary Central 75.5 Cumberland 71.5
AverageJoesGym Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Cumberland has a good record but it doesn't look like they've beaten anyone that is all that great. McCreary is a home so I'll take the Raiders 70-66.
OLDSCHOOL PATS Posted February 13, 2008 Posted February 13, 2008 Don't be fooled by the Raiders loss on the road, because they are very tough team to beat at home. I see the Raiders pulling out a close one in the end. Go 12th region.
Old School Dr. Posted February 14, 2008 Posted February 14, 2008 Should be an entertaining and interesting game. Cumberland is about to get healthy and should be looking to make a statement in this game. My prediction: a very competitive, well played game by both teams.
Leonidas Posted February 14, 2008 Posted February 14, 2008 Will be a good one! But MC will win. It would be worth the trip just to watch Watts and D. Johnson from Cumberland, 2 of the better athletes in the Commonwealth. Lack of guard play/coaching will get the Redskins in the end.
Deuce41 Posted February 14, 2008 Posted February 14, 2008 Going out of region is tough, and Cumberland will not get any calls.
