That would Romans 1:20 "For since the creation of the world God invisible qualities...his eteral power and divine nature....have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so men are without excuse."

LBBC and 02 have done Yoemans' work for me on the pathway to God.

Here is my take on the Great Commission:

We are made to commune with God, that is how/why we are designed. My life is more full, more joyful, more purposeful because I have a relationship with Jesus. Jesus brought a radical idea to the world - a message of mercy, love and forgiveness. He gives us the purest picture of God that we can have. The more people I can introduce to Jesus and who buy into this mercy, love, and forgiveness message the closer we come to bringing God's Kingdom on Earth. I evangelize not because I want people to go to heaven - that is certainly part of it - but I want people to know Jesus and to experience the life that he offers. Which is freedom and choice and hardship and pain, but mostly love, mercy and compassion.

Ace, nice post. Thats well said. I might use some your stuff there.:bunny:

Sidebar note......I love my wife, and we differ on some things too. I'm keeping her, and we will keep you too.:jump:

Gee Whiz, I hope you never truly thought we didn't like you. We just disagreed . . . what's that among friends!? But I concur, for us to agree is pretty scary . . .:D

Remember Paul and Peter disagreed over the eating of meat that had been used in the temple, I think it was.

Goodness no - never did think people didn't like people on here. i think it is great and believe that if we all knew one another that we would probably be close friends - who often disagreed.
