Read carefully. I said Elliott's will not be because of kid...........meaning they will fall. So no they couldnt be the winner of state if they fall:rolleyes:

 

I am not the only one mis-reading the comment .

Every team in the state will fall(except the state champion). I don't think Elliott's will be because this kid pointed at the scoreboard. I personally feel sorry for him. He has lost a uncle, grandpa, and a parent in the last 7 weeks.

 

I can't speak for incognito but Im honestly do not think that incognito was talking so much about a kid as it was about some adults....(.fans, parents, some posters maybe, etc...)

 

Like I said, I don't know about that paticular post or any incident. I think that was a "general statement about boasting coming back to haunt" and not at any one or about any individual (especially a kid).

 

I do know incignito pretty well and I can assure you that there was no intent to "slam" a kid.

I'll 100% promise you that and will stand by it :thumb:.

He said # 5(the kid) pointed at the scoreboard's taunting the raceland bench and the crowd erupted with cheer. Take your pick. Imo the crowd cheered because the game had been stalled and was getting back underway. It just so happened that the kid was walking toward the bench and started pointing at the scoreboard. The kid was out of line, he did get benched. Lets just let it go. Does anyone know how Spark's ankle is? I hope he wasn't injured bad enough to end his season!

Let's all get back to discussing Elliott County and Raceland, the game....

To the Raceland Fans---I didn't see the first 2 Elliott games, but was at the game last night. I am impressed by the Rams and especially Sparks and Boles who are nice size kids with tremendous talent. It is easy to see why Raceland is the favorite to win their district and one of the top 5 teams in the 16th Region. Raceland has the kind of team that can pull an upset in the 16th Region tourney. Good luck to a nice team. I also like the Black and Orange colors!!! I hope Sparks is fine and recovers from the ankle sprain. He is a good looking athlete!!!

Thanks for the nice remarks Lion Mania. Raceland has had a fairly nice season, now if we could just catch Elliott on a bad night, if you all have one.

 

Elliott has a very nice team, and plays very fast. I wish them luck.

Elliott has a great team that I have enjoyed watching over the years and look forward to seeing them play in the future. I wish them only the best. As is posted in many threads, don't look over any opponent. Stay focused one game at a time and play that game to win.

When is Shelby Valley game?

KHSAA shows Shelby Valley @ Raceland on Saturday Feb. 16th at 4:30PM.

Don't know about that 4:30PM time?? Maybe Raceland fans can verify that start time?? Raceland at home can pull the upset on Shelby Valley---GO RAMS. Also should be a good game on Tuesday with East Carter @ Raceland.
