Wow, Rams handled again by Elliott. I think that when Ferguson doesnt have the ball , you have to try and deny it to him. If you let him catch it, he's going to hurt you with it. Put Sparks on Knipp, Boyles on Ferguson(try to deny) and zone the rest. May not work, but nothing else is working for the Rams against them.

I agree that kids are passionate and sometimes make bad decisions on the floor...they taunt, clap, and sometimes "rub it in." As stated though, these are kids. I heard someone yelling "HE'S A JERK...NUMBER 5 IS A JERK." Maybe that's where kids learn bad behavior. When you have a 50 year old adult calling a 17 year old kid a name, how would you expect a KID to react?

 

In any case, I was glad to see the passion from the Raceland kids (and the Elliott ones too). I don't like to see negative behavior from adults (who are still stuck in HS themselves). Every school has some poor sportsmanship from the parents and fans (Ashland is one of the better)....it's probably been like that since consolidations began (who knows...that's way before my time).

Number 5 pointed at both scoreboards taunting the Raceland bench, and the crowd erupted with cheers.

Or lack of defense?? They've given up 81, 90 and 98 to Elliott this year, while losing 3 times by 26, 29 and 32--Maybe just a mismatch?? Congrats to Elliott on the win, but it's disturbing to keep hearing about the lack of sportsmanship issue again and again?? Win with class, lose with class!!

I guess what I am trying to say they should have tested themselves a little more through out the season.
