For the record, I absolutely 100% agreed with you - up until this exact same play occured TWICE during our summer season 3 or so years ago and I found out "the rest of the story". You get educated real fast when bizarre plays like this actually occur in your presence! :thumb:

 

 

I've been around the game for 20 years and I don't recall ever seeing this situation. It is indeed bizarre for it to occur twice during one summer season. It's good to know these things though for future reference.
