Ge'lawn Guyn play Mack very well all game!:D:D

Very true. I was impressed with Guyn in this game. I thought he deserved a little more clock for his play as well. Burchfield played well, but not as good as Guyn.

What were Mack's numbers?

According to the Herald Leader:

21 points (6-of-17 from field), 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 5 steals

Big win for Scott County. Congrats to Coach Hicks and the Cards.

Man, sounds like the Cards took them to the wood shed. I figured Scott Co. could play with them, but them by 21, that's a shocker. Looks like the 11th is going to be one heck of a region tourny.

Scott Co. had their feathers ruffled a bit from the first one. They must have played a sensational game.

Press Offense, just needed to tweak it, Hicks made necessary adjustments, Bryan Station is on sided, once their "organized chaos" on defense doesnt work they dont have a back up plan.

And 5 or 7 of those came pretty late in the game. 3 free throws from getting fouled on a 3 from behind. Guyn did very well on him.

The State Champs play their best game of the year. Richie Phares scored 27 points for Scott.
Is the Phares kid a young kid?

bellalumni & waterboy you both have mentioned that Scott Co changed their press offense. How did they change it? For as long as I can remember Coach Hicks always used one man to get open & then bring the ball upcourt seems like no matter how many defenders there were.

He just put in a Press Offense obviously, I believe it was out of a 2-1-2 format, the bottom line is they didn't have one the first time. It was our PG vs Bryan Stations Press in Round 1, Round 2 we just passed through the press with simply having people in the right spots, just a minor adjustment.

Well, first thing is he put a guard bringing the ball in instead of a post guy bringing it in and running upcourt. The guard would then stay back with the point and the ballhandler would have a sideline, middle, and reverse pass instead of it just being something of a free for all. Basically just some semblance of a press offense was put in.
