The State Champs play their best game of the year. Richie Phares scored 27 points for Scott.

I guess Scott Co took that 15 point loss at home a tad seriously.

What an 11th region tournament it's going to be this year.

So... now Bryan Station shouldn't be #1. All the top teams are beating up on eachother this year, and yes, the 11th region is going to be crazy!

I'm not so much suprised that Scott Co won but by the margin.

That regional tournament should go the pay per view route. I think I'd pay to see it.

Basically a butt whipping. Moral: don't upset Scott County.

I thought Scott would hang tough and have a chance to win but man. This is pretty amazing. Congrats to Scott on the revenge.

Though i predicted Bryan Station to win, i felt this was coming. Last two games ive seen against Tates Creek and Dunbar, Bryan Stations defense has lacked there speed and intensity on defense and offense.

his could be the best thing to happen to Bryan Station, it will let them know they still have work to do. A little extra motivation never hurts come tourney time.

Shocking to say the least.

Bryan Station needs to create havoc to win. SC would have none of this today and BS didn't have an alternative plan. If you want to beat Bryan Station, you better take care of the ball and keep them in a half court game.

Phares is a stud at the high school level, what does this do to the seedings for the district tourney?

Create havoc they did @ Scott County. Scott County answers and shows that the 11t th is going to be more than a two horse race, someone is going to have to stop Phares, he is a force 10 foot around the rim! Congratz to Scott County on their big win!

What does this do to the district seeding? Does Scott County lock it up if the beat Henry Clay? I am thinking it is going to come down to some type of tie breaker?

tie breaker, unless Scott loses to clay or Sayre.

How does the number 1 team in the state get beat by 21 points?

How does the number 1 team in the state get beat by 21 points?

It can happen to any given team on any given night. Just shows you that no one is heads above another in the state. Everyone's on a pretty equal playing field right now, having everyone beat everyone within the top 4 or 5 teams in the state.
