Goodness sake, that's 2 games in a row that I nearly missed the tipoff. I promised Mrs. King that I'd go with her to the hair parlor to get her hair done, while she was there she got her back waxed. Mercy!

What a solid game by the Royals. I haven't been around as long as some of you, but I'll say one thing, if that coach from Boyd can do magic as you say, maybe he should pull another guard out of his hat, forget the rabbit. They turned it over, and over, and over. And that big Selby boy didn't get many shots in the first half at all. Boyd did hit a few 3's that kept it close for a while in the first half, but Mr. Euton knocked down shots from half court it seemed. Solid defensive performance from RH. I just hope all of these teams that for some reason have have their "worst shooting nights of the year" against Rose Hill keep that up. Boy, I am looking forward to getting the regular season in the rearview and seeing what's up ahead for the post-season.

Very well officiated as someone else said, and that one official that I haven't seen before, kinda looked like Marvin Hagler, was spectacular.

Who officiated this game, I assume one of the refs must have been Taylor, don't know too many others that look like Hagler.

I myself was afraid to venture down to that end of the court. I tried to get some food at halftime but most everything was gone. And the food that was left was marked FOSD - friends of spin doctor. Wouldn't sell me a thing! I've got to get in that posse before the next game.

If you actually were there, I wish you had come by to say hello. Not often a man gets to meet Mr. Booger. Maybe we can pick a spot to meet at the district matchup between the two. Doesn't matter where, Mr. Booger, you pick.

Not if you are the better team. If the 2 teams are equal then yes it is. These 2 teams are not equal or probably even close to equal.

BTW, all in clean fun anyway. I like all the 16th Region teams, so I could really careless who wins, just giving my opinion to what will happen from the Boyd Co perspective, because I have been there.:thumb:

Well, I have seen some games where Boyd has shot very poor this year, so I cant imagine last night being worse, but if so they had a chance to say that, but I doubt that was the worst performance of the Year. I was just referring to what everyone had posted on here, didnt realize you was posting to what you heard from 2 - 70yr old men eating hot dogs at the Ball game.:thumb:

Honestly I am not sure Roger can stick around and keep coaching long enough for Boyd Co to get back to where they were before. The talent has not been groomed and is just not there for a few years. These next few years are some fine young men that play hard but was just not taught fundamentals in their youth and will have a hard time keeping up with Roger as a Coach.

BTW, I was assuming those 2 - 70 yr olds guys were from Boyd County, cause I cant imagine RH fans saying that Boyd was having their worst shooting night of the Year.

 

Unless Spindoc is trying to say that LRCW and UncleJed are big Boyd County fans????hhmmm the truth is out now.

I didn't hear anyone say that they shot poorly. I didn't think that they got that many opportunities because of turnovers on many trips. Those "old" guys did make it enjoyable to watch a game with however.
