Well we know we can't police the bedrooms...

You can only get those that have someone press charges.

I don't follow. Could you elaborate?

This doesn't have to do with a lip piercing does it?

What 2 or more consenting adults do is their business.

I think you need to read the sodomy laws before you post a remark. There is nothing wrong with Kentucky's law unless you believe it is legal to sodomize someone forcibly or commit sodomy to a child or the mentally handicapped. The fourth degree sodomy law, deviate sexual intercourse with a person of the same sex even with consent, was repealed a few years ago.

510.100 Sodomy in the fourth degree.

(1) A person is guilty of sodomy in the fourth degree when he engages in deviate sexual intercourse with another person of the same sex.

Consent is not a defense. This law needs to go.

Sodomy in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree are all valid laws in Kentucky.

3rd degree - http://www.lrc.ky.gov/krs/510-00/090.pdf :irked:

I'm sorry, I thought the fourth degree sodomy law was repealed. I'm pretty sure the Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional. But I'm getting old and forget a lot.

Not trying to be gross but sodomy doesn't always occur between homosexuals.

I realize that.

And its not always just what you think it might be. It's broader than that.

Yep, I'm cool with whatever consenting adults do in the bedroom.
