How many times do these teams play each year??

2 regular season games, then met up in a tournament over Christmas, plus the All A, I guess. Same thing with Deming.

Heart breaking loss for the Panthers but certainly nothing to be ashamed about. Great 4th quarter comeback from the Saints, I wish this game would have never ended. I could watch them battle for days, playing the way these two teams were! I hope there is a 5th game!

Sounds like a really good high school basketball game!

Have to believe this might be St Pats year to draw Mason.

That's what I'm thinking.:walk:

Congrats to the Saints. I also think if there is a 5th game Augusta will get them.

Get effort by the panthers. Good luck to both the panthers and saints.

What is ST Pats record this year? They seem to have a pretty good team.

Couldn't agree more TC. The very reason I love a game in the Panther Den.

It could very easily be Augusta's year to draw the Royals. They've been to regional tournament for the past 2 years. ;)

Congrats to Coach Hinson and his boys... Just more proof that this year they are the better team...

But remember down the road... the better team doesnt always win!

Right you are I remeber in the last few District Tournaments it's been St.Pat and Augusta and regardless what happened during the season Augusta brought it to the Patties and made it back to the region. Only time will tell if there's going to be a 3peat for Augusta. Good Luck to both teams.

I am also talking about the year in the district tournament at Fleming Co when a Brian Kirk led Augusta team lost to Deming in the districts. Remember that?

Sadly, but I do!

Yeah I was there at that game. I used to work partime at the Marathon gas station at Washington, and I used to talk to Brain Kiirk about the games Deming/Augusta have had, and how each team was doing. Also talked to former Bracken County Coach Robert Hammonds who lived in Washington at that time. Each team had it's moments. I went to Augusta to watch them play Newport and Kirk had a Career highlight, don't remeber exactly what for but it was a good game by him, they presented him with the gameball at the end of the period.
