Can Raceland give Elliot County a run for their money in the all 'A'

Featured Replies

One thing is for sure. You have to believe you can win before it happens. For that I salute Raceland fans and all fans of their teams. And you are correct. Upsets happen all the time in the sports world so one can never say never. Good luck

Do you think Fairview or Rosehill could beat them at Elliot?

Cant answer that one, never been there to see how much home court means to them.

Ashland is a solid team and will bang with them, but would wear out by the end of the 3rd.

Thats the thing, for some reason Elliott wears every team out by the 3rd. But how? Elliott only plays 6 players until the fourth.

A lot of games in their lifetime. They know how to pace themselves. They do not stop playing B-Ball all year, they stay in shape.

My theory of Elliott Co is as soon as they cross half court, they are ready to shoot.

But you have to admit if there not shooting well then anyone can beat them because they have no inside presence.

Dont believe I have ever seen that day.

They take enough shots, that even if they arent falling, eventually some of them will.:thumb:

You think Timmy Knipp, would call for the ball inside, but he would rather shoot a 3.

If you recall Raceland beat them last year.

Early in the season. I think a big time team will often over look someone that they feel shouldn't be a game. How about Michigan and Appalachian State.

From what I have read on posts about the last couple of games, Timmy Knipp has focused on being a big man, compared to being a Guard.

But UT do you think coach Floyd will have the boys mentally and physically prepared?

I really, really dont see it happening again this year.

Thats bad news for the region then.

There is no doubt in my mind that he will. Do you think it is a coincidence that Raceland doesn't play all week until this game??

Just some thoughts.

Maybe they use performance enhancers (joke from the commercial)

Do they call any of the players "Dolly", maybe the clones come out to start the second half.

Maybe basketball players in Sandy Hook have four lungs, or something.
