This win gives them the "Big Mo" to lead them to the 8th Region All "A" Championship! Coach Rosen appears to have "raised the bar" and gotten the attention of the players and they are producing. If they keep playing like they have the last two games, they are going to Richmond.:thumb:

that may be the best post I have ever read on here,:laugh: but seriously, I think adding the 8th graders to the mix may have added a spark. Hargett, Sargent and Krahl all had very good games to go along with Dixon, Ginn, and Cheesman. If they keep playing at this level they may indeed win the All "A"

16-2 WV at the end of the first quarter, 26-8 at the half. Walton looked great. Second half Owen came out and battled back and cut it to 2 points, but WV pulled away at the end to make it 46-36. Owen got in a little foul trouble early, but WV played a great game the first half, and good enough to win in the second. Owen looked a little tired, maybe from their battle against Carroll the night before, but WV had Grant the night before as well and looked sharp. The best they have played this season.
