Useless Triva Question of the Day.

Featured Replies

Having been gifted a book of (really cool, yet totally useless) trivia...and feeling the need to make some use of it...I'm today inaugurating the "Useless Trivia Question of the Day."

Today's useless trivia question is this:

What is the most-consumed fruit in the United States? For the sake of the question, this includes any or all parts of the fruit.

I'll guess banana or orange.
Nope.

If nobody gets it right, I'll post the answer (with a new question) the next day.

Coffee beans?
Nice work Captain Googlemeister! Coffee beans are not actually beans. They're fruit pits.

And nobody else even got to play. Maybe I should do more than one a day. :D

I had heard grapes were the most consumed fruit with bananas second but I can see where coffee beans would top everything else.
