Just got In from the long road trip. It was my fisrt trip to Burgin, very nice little school.

Dustin "Shooty" Staggs added 13 points 14 rebounds and about 5 blocked shots also.

B. Hamilton 9, R. Kelsch 5, T. Krebs and J. Crouch 3, S. White and D. Fryman 2, J Gray 1

Burgin 16 11 8 10

Augusta 13 14 10 18

It was nice to see ol' Irvine again...Talk about a long trip though!

Congrats to Coach Kelsch and the Panthers!!!

Augusta pulled away from Burgin in the 4th quarter for the 10 point win. Augusta's defense just wore down the Bulldogs. They could not stop Staggs or Mofford underneath.

And for those who may not think so, some of the plays Augusta used were, get ready for this, from Robin Kelsch's own playbook. While Don Irvine has been a great influence on Robin Kelsch as a coach Robin's basketball knowledge is nowhere near limited to what Coach Irvine taught him.

Solid win for Coach Rob and his Panthers. I'm looking forward to seeing them play Pendleton County on Thursday.

Congrats to the panthers. Lookin forward to visiting the den soon!
