But in hindsight, they would've happened whenever he left, and since that's done, I say good, that way it hopefully doesn't have to happen again in the future. I'll tell you, my number 1 fear was for him to stay in Atlanta 3-4 years, and end up in Lexington. I really had a major concern that that would happen. I tend to root for Arkansas so it doesn't bother me all too much now.

Saying the problems would have happened whenever he left leaves me to believe he created them. If so then his job as the Cardinal coach was not as successful as you say. The situation is what it is and nothing we say can change that. The verdict is still out whether he will remain at the former Nutt House for a period long enough to be successful or take the next available offer that comes his way.
December 13, 200718 yr I agree, the man has about as little spine in a coach as I have ever seen. That means a bunch to people like you and I, and the bulk of folks on BGP. That said, parents will want the best coach for their kid, for $$$-sake even...and he brings a heckuva lot to the table in that regard. I look for him to be very successful, and to be at Arkansas for quite awhile. If I am a potential parent/kid looking at Arkansas. I would have to be sold on the school and the program. My decision would not be based upon BP being the coach. While he is a mastermind...never now how long til he jumps ship AGAIN. Again...I hate to say but he has seriously messed up with his lack of honesty. Anyone hear Tiki Barber on Jim Rome today?
