NCC Coach Schneider to Retire???

Featured Replies

Read this morning where Coach Schneider is seriously considering retiring. Certainly a very remarkable career at NCC and someone that won't be easy to replace if he does choose to call this his last year.

Does anyone have any ideas who some of the likely candidates would be to replace Coach Schneider? Whoever follows will obviously have big shoes to fill and alot of expectations placed upon him.

Good luck Coach Schneider whatever you decide to do. You are a class act.

I was at a Christmas party last night and mentioned it to a couple of very prominent past Breds. I really don't think they liked hearing it from a Cakeater and both were quick to say he wasn't going anywhere. I bet they were surprised when they both woke up this morning. It should be interesting who they get, or who deserves to get it.

These guys were and are still very much involved in the NCC family. But both married Highlands chics, so you know where their boys are going. Who again wears the pants in the family!!!

Wish I was there. Would have been one of those Visa commercials. Priceless. I'm sure you broke it to them with all of your usual discretion and tactfulness. B-game told me he wasn't allowed out Friday night to make the journey down south, so I stayed at the casa and listened on the webcast.:thumb:

Yea, maybe, just maybe, Boom could talk with some the prominent Breds alumni he hangs around with to get these two old rival back on the field one the the old ball coach hangs up his cleats on the hill!........what say you Boom? Pulling off a feat like this might just help you in any future politcal aspirations in the eyes of the good citizenry of Ft. Thomas. What say you?

I would settle for a pre-season scrimage for starters! If that works then schedule the BREDS the following season. If the pre-season scrimage does not work - then schedule the teams anyway! :D

 Ok then back on the topic of who might replace Coach Schneider if he does choose to retire? Any thoughts??;)

Well, if the recent, local pattern holds, NCC should be looking for a Highlands Alum to run the show! Plenty of quality ex- Birds coaching in the area.

I wonder if they insert a "No Highlands Game" clause in the new coach's contract.
