Final.

Brossart now 2-1.

Lloyd Memorial 1-3

Brossart builds up an 8 point second half lead. Hangs on late to win.

Sounds like a nailbitter.

Certainly not an ovrwhelming win for the 'Stangs, but many a "character builder" for the young Brossart team per the radio guys. Sounds like they held on and executed down the stretch for the victory. Friday in the Crosstown Shootout vs. Campbell, who I'm sure will have the last few years on their minds.

Not the prettiest game ever played in the SyDome, but a win is a win, is a win as the "under construction" Brossart Mustangs bend but do not break against a scrappy Erlanger Lloyd Juggs ballclub.

Brossart had several chances to blow open the game, opening up a pair of six point leads and then an eight point lead out of the locker room after halftime. Joey Webb hit two huge free-throws with 10.6 seconds to go to give the Stangs a three point lead and the W.

Mustangs improve to 2-1 headed to the Crosstown Classic at Campbell County on Friday.

Drew Kremer had a breakout game with 13 points, matched by Jacob Rieger.

Randy Tackett and Zach Craddock led the Juggs with 11 each. Blue-chipper Josh Craddock had 10.

Brossart JVs and Freshmen win big.

Congrats to Brossart. Anyone have any stats from this game?

Nice win for the Stangs. Always nice to have a win going into there Cross town Shootout. I believe Fridays game will be just as tough if not tougher for the young Stangs should still be a good one though. You never know when those two line-up for the battle.

Nice win for BB.

Congrats to the mighty stangs!

Congrats Mustangs! Good to see them get a good win.

This squad is a definite work in progress and will have their hands full friday night against a very good team.
