Congrats NCC!! Good Luck in your quest for a 3-peat. All of NKY will be rooting for you!!!

GO BREDS!!!

I think you will eat this one, but then again I could be wrong. Ft. Campbell is a very, very deep football team.

Maybe a bit of a bold prediction, both sides obviously have biases here. I'll go with the Horses too, is that ok to say

In the battle of the Equines, the Thoroughbreds came out on top.

Hope no one is horse from all the cheering last night. :walk:

Congrats NEWCATH and win the STATE next week. JD

DeSales had a very nice ball team. I loved the uniforms. Brown on Brown. They played the Breds very tough at first. The pass started to work, that opened the run, then QB Kues went crazy. When this happens the Breds offense can score quickly. The defense once again played steller, some big hits last night. Good Luck to Desales in the future, your going to be a big player at the 2A level

Great job Breds. Lets see a three peat. Ill be rooting for ya.

Agreed last week was the closest anyone will come to touching the breds

Ft. Campbell... Remember them ??

:sssh:

There were some pretty big hits from NCC's D last night. How bout the one Kues had on the punt in the 2nd half. I'm not particularly pleased to see the starting qb on special teams, but that was one heck of a hit.

Actually is very sound strategy to find a skill player that can long-snap because the center cannot be hit. Maybe not your starting QB but a wide receiver or running back is a weapon that can get down the field.

The hit Kues laid on the punt returner was wowzer. The PA annoucer never gave him credit because he probably thought wait that can't be the QB nailing that guy I must have saw the wrong number.

:D

You don't think that Dave Schneider was praising him effusively after that hit do you ?:D It looked like he was chewing his head off after that hit .
