November 29, 200718 yr Maybe "useless" was the wrong word but it's easy to see what I mean & I'm kind of surprised to get an argument from a fellow UNC fan who should know how Hansbrough plays the game. I think useless is the right word.. If he didn't try so dang hard he'd have no spot on a college basketball floor.

I know you don't put up the kind of numbers Hansbrough does at this level just by playing scrappy. He does have a tremendous motor, but he is not completely void of basketball talent. Which is what you were insinuating with your comment.

Would have been a lottery pick had he come out after his freshman year.

Psycho T is one of only two players in Tar Heel history with 1,000 points, to have more made free throws than field goals....The guy will not be a good NBA player. The only point I see is that if he was coveted he would have been at the next level from day one. Like I said earlier. There is a reason he's still at UNC. And I'm glad he is. A joy to watch at this level...

November 29, 200718 yr Final. Diebler is the man for OSU. Lawson did not play tonight for the Heels. He could play this Saturday against UK. I know a lot of people don't like Tyler Hansbrough for whatever reason but he plays so hard. If he didn't play harder than everybody on the floor he would be useless. Don't get your hopes up to high from the score UK fans... Hansbrough plays so hard which makes him a bear and if he toned it down a bit, he would still be pretty doggone good.
