It is, but I don't like the anti-celebrating rules. Granted, if a Steeler receiver were the one pulling these stunts, I can't say what my feelings would be. But as it is, I don't like the current rules. Taunting should be a no, and delaying the game should be a penalty as well, but that was harmless.

Having a little fun, trying to get your team excited and trying to pump them up is the least selfish thing that you can possibly do.
