I can tell you this for sure. Leslie basically takes a JV team to the field every game. They have some seniors, but most don't play. Sophomores make up a large part of the starting rotation on both sides. They're taking they're lumps, but will be good in the future.

 

Now, Bell Co. is all class. First class players, first class coach. Players never talk trash and are extremely humble. Corbin is the same way. If these two teams were to play, I'd give the edge to Bell Co. Their special teams and skill position players are better than Corbin's in my opinion. Corbin's line is a lot better than Bell Co's. I've seen Leslie play both, and I think this is a fair assessment.

Have you seen Bell's D-line? Corbin's O-line maybe better than Bell's Oline but I highly doubt the Redhoud D-line is better. I don't think Corbin could block the boys from Bell Co. they are for real.

If you want to talk about Bell talking smack or anything I'm sure a game like Rock would be 1 that they might do it because Rock is the same way. Its just an intense rivalry.

As for Corbin, I believe their program has taken a step back not playing Bell County and its sad. Didn't they give up like almost 50 points to Somerset? They are not going to be able to play defense like that and beat Bell Co.

Let me answer my own question. No we have not played Bell County this year. One of the things I can't stand is the comparison between teams by how they beat a mutual team. Especially comparing a 2007 football team to a 2006 football team. If we are as good as we always talk then we should play Bell and show that we can beat them. If we dont play them it is very easy to say that we can beat them. I think thats not the case or we would have never dropped them. Why drop a game when we can "WIN" everytime we play?:confused:
