How different, is tonight's game compared to last night....Baseball, can be an odd game.

G'Night Gracie, Papelbon blows the Rocks away. I'll take 2-0 going to Coors. Schilling, all the Yankees fans favorite pitcher, is now 11-2 in the postseason.

So you can prove it. I mean, statements like that would generally have some kind of crazy Sportscenter stat that it happens this percent of the time. But I honestly dont think the numbers will reflect it. It happens, but often?

How much baseball do you watch, and I'm not even talking MLB? If you're around the game you see how often it happens. Baseball is a huge momentum game.

What happened to all those big baseball fans? Or do they just watch when their Yankees are still in the race. Stickymitts that early exit you were talking about, did you mean a Red Sox sweep in the World Series?

Cute:rolleyes:

Played, watched, and been around the game my whole life. Admittedly, I havent had the time to watch a lot of baseball this year, but I dont think the game has changed that much in a year. :sssh:

I have seen it happen. I have also seen it not happen. I just dont think you can make a statement like that without someone that knows the game calling you out.

I'd be willing to bet that STRIKE3 and I have seen a few more games than you......Did you play beyond high school?

Glad, you enjoyed, it.

Not that I enjoyed it at all, just feel there's no need for you to make fun. I said cute, because I'm not allowed to say s---- a--.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, ..........

Does that really matter in the conversation?

Most on here know my baseball history. I chose not to play at the small colleges that recruited me (Cumberland, Campbellsville, Union, Tennessee Wesleyan, LMU, among several others, mostly NAIA) because I wanted the big college experience. I had plans to walk on at EKU, but decided about a 3 weeks before classes started Richmond still wasnt big enough for me and I made my way to Lexington. At that point I decided I was done with playing baseball.

Do I meet your approval? I dont know how old you guys are, but maybe you have seen more games than I have. I am 25 and played 3 sports in high school, as well as being active in college, so I guess I didnt sit down and watch baseball every night. However, I feel confident in my abilities to evaluate a game. Ask around.:sssh:
