Trying to be fair to my Trinity brethren, last week's BG Prep rankings have 7 of the 10 on the lower side of the 6A bracket plus the most dangerous team-Shelby County. St X has a very tough Manual Team and an improving Male but only 3 of 10 reside in the upper bracket. Good luck Rocks but landmines are

waiting at week 3 in Henry Clay and possibly Ryle/ Boone( ask Fern Creek about Ryle!) in week 4 of the playoffs. All playoff games at home this year for the Rocks but with an upset of the top seed in District 1 in the first two weeks could result in 4 home games for the Tigers too.

Injuries can change this tournament at an instant. Tigers have had their share. Both teams have high expectations to be there at the end but the other 30 teams didn't get that memo!

By the way, PRP has scheduled an incredible stretch in week 7,8,and 9 with Manual, Trinity and X in a row. I don't think next year you'll see that with more time to move games around. They will ready if they survive that stretch.

Do you know how to get in touch with Coach Glaser?

Do you know how to get in touch with Coach Glaser?

This isn't about Coach Glaser. In his opinion, he sees Manual as the biggest hurdle and then Male. If Manual and Male was on the Trinity side, he would probably say they had the toughest route. I am just saying that Trinity has more quality teams on their side. It is okay to disagree with a coach's opinion. I know you can do it. Let's say you disagree with play calling or defensive calls, or playing people both ways until they are tired while fresh people are on the bench. You can do it!!

Why do you need an umbrella!!!!!!!!!!!! easy guys just a slanted joke. This will mark two years in a row that T will have more quality teams to beat to win the title game. Our side plus X or Manual in the title provided we get to the big game.

I thought he said "Trinity will be in the state final because there's nobody on that side (of the bracket)." It looks like you agree with me and disagree with Coach Glaser. :thumb:

Okay so I think more of Eastern, and Ballard, and Henry Clay and Ryle and Shelby County and Boone County than he but maybe he thinks more of Trinity. I was just throwing something out there IMVHO. I will go back to watching middle school public games in Indiana!!

So I agree with you that there are more teams on Trinity's side to stop a Trinity-X rematch and you won't be surprised if it doesn't happen.

Now that is a funny couple of sentences.

Trinity will have no problem scoring against Seneca, Eastern/Ballard survivor, Henry Clay then Boone County or Ryle. The Rocks may allow 35 points, but should score more than 42 each game against these competitors.

St. Xavier will have to beat Butler, Manual, Male and then have to make a road trip to Westen Ky survivor (could be Marshall County) The fourth round is not based on higher seed, simply based on odd/even region winner each year......odd numbered region winner is home in odd numbered years, etc.

So you agree with Coach Glaser?

I'm confused... so when would a possible rematch happen??? Semi-final?

State Final.

State Final.

In an odd numbered year!!

One at a time boys..........one at a time............I believe the surest way to end up on the wrong end to is start countin' then chickens and looking too far into that distant future. I like that initial evaluation by JR....helps to put things into perspective.............tuff row to how no matter what....but Rocks still have a way to go........Friday night showed that........
