Looking at common opponents you would have to give Lincoln a slight edge. I think Pulaski will put it together, since they are playing for thier first District title (I believe) in history. I think they come out jacked up and get the big win.

I believe PC has what it takes as well and we certainly HAD it took against SW. Hopefully we can play again this year so we can HAVE AGAIN what it will take to get it done.:thumb:

I think Jumper Dad is closer. Southwestern put up 24 on Lincoln and PC has a much better offense. I think PC scores at least 24 on Lincoln--however, I think Lincoln will be able to put up several also and I'll take Lincoln at home, 34-27.

IMO Pulaski will not put up 24 on Lincoln, IMO the reason Southwestern put up 24 on Lincoln is because Lincoln is weak in the secondary, the Pats have been pretty tough on the run this season and PC is mainly a run offense.

I wouldn't discount the ability of the Maroons to throw the ball. In 7 games Chris Muse has thrown for 1205 yards (172 per game) with 12 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions. In 8 games T.T. Wooldridge has thrown for 1475 yards (184 per game) with 14 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. The argument could be made that PC actually throws it BETTER than SW. They are certainly more efficent with it.

This should be one of the best high school games of the year. I hope it stops raining for Pulaski's sake. I believe we have more speed than does Lincoln. A sloppy field would work well for Lincoln's power game. I have been around this group of kids for a long time and I can tell you they are ready to lay some lumber to the good ole boys in red. I also agree with AJG in that Pulaski has a better passing game than SW. If Lincoln is week in the secondary Muse will light them up. Should be a great atmosphere, can't wait.:ylsuper::argue:
