October 14, 200718 yr Kansas is just as legitimate at #2 as BC. At least 10 teams would be solid favorites in head-to-head match-ups with either team. Does anybody really believe that Ohio State after the heavy graduation losses that it suffered and its humiliating defeat to Florida last season is the best team in the land? Polls are a joke. I doubt that very many of the voters who made OSU #1 really believe that the Buckeyes are better than LSU. The Big 10 is a weak conference and that is why Ohio State is #1. There is something wrong with the system.
