I took it as a shot at Bankemper refering to him as the "star." I took this as being a scarcastic comment. Anyone assoc w/the BHS program will tell you there are no "STARS" on their TEAM. It is just that, a team w/no "I's!"

I am sorry some of you took my comment the way you did, cshs81 hit it on the head, no stars! The program would not be where it is,the last 2 years, if not for Bankemper. This versatile, humble young man has givin his all and more to coach Rash. As players mature and age the program changes with them, Tommys role has changed as well, not less important just different.

Good rebutle:D. As most of us on here are adults, we should sometimes remember that these fine young athletes we talk about do get on here and read how intelligent their peers are. On occassion, I am sure are comments have a tremendous affect on these KIDS minds.

I'm right here......I am a HC faithful. But we have to call this yr. what it is, a waste for some kids. Do I think HC can win? Yes I do! But, alot would have to change in the coaching philosiphy. HC has some very talented kids in skilled positions. I will say this again, again, and again, HC does not utilize the talent t-h-e-y a-r-e g-i-v-e-n.

 

I would give anything to see HC come out and be creative, spread the field. I can guarantee the game will be alot closer than it will be on Friday by run, run, run, run the ball up the middle. Need to give it a break. It does not work!

 

I wish HC the best on Friday and hopefully they can come out with a win. Maybe they can prove me wrong by only running.

Play calling has been bad at HC since its inception.

Agree, Tiepel will be fine. On any other team, except Boone, he would be the featured back.

 

Crush, why the animosity towards #4. Not playing right now is eating him alive. He has gone thru alot in the last yr if I understand right. Surgery last yr to end his yr and now another surgery. Give the kid a break.:irked:

 

He should be the featured back. He is faster, more agile, and can get around the corner. Sorry, but I think that is the truth.
