Curtis Pulley running the same offense as Andre Woodson? Can't see it!

Don't forget, he won't have Burton, Tamme or Lyons, right?

What UK will have back is the bulk of an offensive line that is more athletic and better run blockers than any in recent memory to go along with a stable of 4 good running backs (Dixon, Smith, Locke and the other's name escapes me)....it seems to me that integrating some of the West Virginia offense into the playbook would really be playing to our strengths. At least, the known strengths that we'll have...

Lyons is just a junior.

Yeah, I tried to edit the post but I waited too long...I had he and Steve Johnson reversed.

Offensively, UK will be losing Woodson, Little, Tamme, Burton, and Johnson.

Some version of the spread would seem to be very logical based on UK's personnel next year.

Pulley playing QB is bad news for UK...

If Pulley is the QB...of course.

I can remember a couple years ago a lot of people including me saying that Woodson wouldnt cut it and we would be in trouble with him at QB, and I was one of those people. Pulley is very athletic and he seems to have his head on straight now, he will be fine.

He is very athletic and seems to be focused on being UK's next quarterback.

However, this discussion is about Joker's comment in the newspaper about running a similar offense next year to that Kentucky runs now with Andre Woodson.

With Curtis Pulley as the quarterback, no way! He is not capable of being an effective dropback passer in the SEC. Spread/run first, pass second, yes......dropback....empathic no.
