October 8, 200718 yr Not a protest at all, although thanks for trying to call me out. I was out of town all weekend and forgot to set them before I left. B/c almost every other fantasy site in the world carries over lineups from week to week. Although lineups should be taken from week to week. No reason they shouldn't be. If someone is inactive they won't win anyway, so they'll be gone with the way this is set up. I'm not arguingh, and that's the last I'll say about it. It's not ever hard to tell if someone abandons there team.
October 8, 200718 yr I wish I could have lucked out and played someone who didn't submit a roster in the first month...as my luck was, the week I did finally have a big game, I played the high scorer. That's the breaks.
October 9, 200718 yr Congrats to HT and the Junkies on the win. It just clearly isn't meant to be for the Trash Talkers this year. On the plus side, as of this moment I'm still up 8 in my money league thanks to that special teams TD. I care MUCH more about that one.

October 9, 200718 yr I finally got off the board with a win this week. I actually feel pretty good about my team. 1-4 is a huge hole to dig out of, but I still like my roster. Young is a solid producer at QB...nothing great as of yet, but he's been steady for the most part. Last week was his worst game. With McAllister out, the Saints will be giving Bush the touches he should have been getting all along, so I feel pretty good about his production for the rest of the season. Also, DeShaun Foster has been holding onto the starting job in Carolina...so I at least have a guy I know will be getting carries there. And, I have the Packers combo of Jackson and Wynn...DeShawn Wynn is showing some glimpses that he could be a decent producer, so I'm hoping he'll emerge as the season goes. At WR, Fitzgerald is finally getting some balls thrown his way and he's producing. That should continue, especially with Warner under center for a while. Crayton should be a solid guy in that Cowboy offense...Calvin Johnson will be solid if he ever gets healthy, and Wes Welker is respectable. Ben Watson has been a great TE thus far. Bo Scaife a dissppointment, but it's just a backup TE...not a big deal. Folk is a good kicker. The Ravens defense has been a letdown, but I still believe they'll get it going. If the players I was expecting good things from get it going (and they've shown some promise recently) and some other guys (like Crayton) continue to exceed pre-season expectations, I think I have a decent shot at getting back in the top 8. My margin for error is miniscule now though, due to a poor start.
