Clay's defense does them in again. This team is averaging 39.8 points per game and is only 2-3, with any defense at all they'd be undefeated.

They only ran the football 1 time in the first half and that was a end around which went for a loss.

 

If I'm not mistaken maybe 1 or 2 times in the second half did they run the football.

Clay must figure out how to get the other team punting more than once or twice a game. Clay is very capable of winnig the district title if they'll bear down and go to work.

Clay has got to learn to play "D". Great offensive numbers but you can't win if the other team scores more.

Seems to me that if the ball is in the air 70+ times a game then that automatically forces a team to play a lot of defense because the clock never runs. If th eball is ran some then the defense wouldn't have to be on the field as much.

I heard the stats last night and I dont think he actually passed 70 passes, I mean dont get me wrong they were alot of passes but not that many..

 

But D is the problem for Clay, they have got to figure that out..Also they need to try to run the ball alittle, what happend to Collins? He was doing pretty good at running the ball and I havent seen him on the field in awhile..

 

But Clay has a tough game next week, I hope they figure out their problems and come ready to play friday
